Hey there! Thank you so much for reading this newsletter. I hope that you are happy and safe where you are and that you are enjoying the current energies which~ holy woah! The Jupiter-Uranus conjunction was exact this weekend and I know that came with a lot of surprises and shocks for us personally and collectively as well…
I can’t help but hear the war drums in the background of me creating my life, going about my business, attending school… and I know I am not the only one that is hearing them, with Israel and Iran tensions increasing and the seemingly inevitable involvement of the US within this rising conflict, not just financially like we have been, much to the taxpayers dismay, but with people on the ground. Nothing is more rebellious than maintaining an internal place of peace in the displays of war taking place in the world, in my opinion, so don’t allow this news to stop you from creating what you are.
In our personal lives and in the world, we are really processing through that eclipse season still and the cycles/windows it opened up. The full moon in Scorpio this week takes that processing and runs with it.
Mercury is stationing direct this week thankfully! It’s been quite a ride~ I’m not sure if anyone reading this has felt the same way. This has been like Mercury retrograde on crack ~ perhaps that’s because of the conjunctions we have been experiencing with Mercury, Chiron and the North Node. Technology for me has gone haywire and I’m noticing myself and others having less patience. This has felt especially like a wind-up doll that has been wound up and wound up and is now hastening ahead ~ a lot is about to really move forward through this direct station and Mercury coming out of shadow in May.
And as always it’s important to keep in mind that Mercury retrograde and direct stations can be much more intense around the time of the station, when it initially stations retrograde and the few-day window around it stationing direct. These are when revelations come out, we get some news, technology stops complying~ the retrograde energy becomes more intense and magnified, at least in my experience.
This is the only planet that is retrograde right now and until May 2nd when Pluto stations retrograde so I’d like to tell you to just really enjoy this fully direct energy while it is here as this summer/fall, specifically the fall, things do slow down… perhaps quite not as much as last year or maybe just in a different way. Last year it kinda felt like we were all in the freezer and we are just thawing out fully now.

This week there are really only a few things to share about in terms of the day-by-day breakdown for the week ahead.
Tuesday is the full moon in Scorpio (April 23rd). Full moons are peak periods of completion ~ this is also the first big lunation since the eclipse window, so in a lot of ways, we are going to see some of the seeds planted even in the last few weeks advance, evolve and grow. Scorpio is where the moon does not feel very comfortable ~ the moon would much rather be in Taurus. This could be where we express and release some of those difficult and unsavory emotions and perhaps even feel so much better after. Sleep does become weird for me and others around full moons due to the intensity ~ not to mention, the amount of solar flares, coronal mass ejections and other such space weather phenomena has just been increasing ad infinitum the last several years, so in a way, this is just representative of a continually rising intensity we are all feeling.
Things are very contrasted right now in my opinion. There are situations that are literally so amazing occurring, but there are also things that are happening that are very difficult seemingly in the life of each person. Taurus has a signature that has to do with “Heaven on earth” and Scorpio has more to do with the underworld, so the feeling that we are right in the balance between heaven and hell, experiencing the great and terrible things, is a vibe that comes along with this full moon.
Additionally, the full moon in Scorpio (along with the Sun in Taurus ~ the moon and the sun are opposing on a full moon) will be squaring Pluto which increases the sense of shadow and intensity that we are experiencing. Pluto is also a grand master of change ~ and this definitely brings up changes to begin to adapt to.
I feel inclined to say that this would be a great time to do warding, protection or cleansing practices and to remain highly aware of your energy ~ what is you and what is not you in your energy field. I feel like this could be a tough one for people who are empathic, unless you are properly shielded and participating in lifestyle behaviors that increase resilience.
The moon will move into Sagittarius on Thursday bringing us out of the full moon window and brings our attention back to the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction that occurred this weekend and how some of those doors that opened and changes we experienced are marinating and percolating. Each conjunction like this that we’ve experienced, from Saturn, Pluto and Jupiter in Capricorn in 2020 to the Jupiter-Neptune conjunction in 2022 to the most recent Jupiter-Uranus conjunction and the upcoming Saturn-Neptune conjunction in Aries in 2025 and 2026… when these planets meet they create cycles that take the full amount of years to the next cycle to come to fruition and close out to completion.
That being said, we have the next 13 years to marinate in this Jupiter-Uranus cycle that opened up and we’re just experiencing the beginning which can look like massive pivots in our lives and new doors flinging open. This is us being redirected on some level.
So with the moon coming into Sagittarius we are just beginning to adjust to the change emotionally so it’s important with Jupiter still in Taurus to be pretty consistent with our daily lives and sometimes the moon in Sagittarius has a reputation for wanting to withdraw and escape. It’s important that we stay with whatever we are looking at and be aware that especially right now, there’s no travel/wander escape bandaid and wherever we go, there we are.
Mercury stations direct on Thursday as well, so that direct station intensity comes through. It will be on the same degree as the North Node, though that conjunction doesn’t fully “perfect” or come together. This direct station, the days leading up to it and after it, give this impression of making a big realization and maybe springing into action in a new fated direction.
We close out the week with the moon in Capricorn, getting a grounded and practical look at the week and month ahead, getting our sh*t together. Really embrace the rest of these earth transits this year ~ from lunations, to Jupiter in Taurus until May 25th and even Pluto moving back into Capricorn in September, October and part of November because we are moving into a time where we’re not going to see too too much “ground.”
