Hello there! Thank you so much for choosing to spend this time reading this horoscope. I hope that you are happy and safe where you are.
Last year I had a lot of fun writing personalized eclipse reports by donation, so I’ve decided to offer that again :) Reach out in response to this e-mail and I will look at these pivotal eclipses and how they’re impacting your personal chart.
The world events of the last few weeks including what has been transpiring in Palestine, cellular service outages, power outages, economic distress and the immigration struggle (and more) are a window what the astrology indicates as events we’ll be seeing here in the states and around the world for the coming few years. I keep repeating since July of 2023 almost like a parrot how the wins that are taking place are very much individual with the North Node in Aries and Jupiter in Taurus… try not to be discouraged by the world and connect with the genuineness around you during this strange season of life.
For subscribers next week, I am going to be writing for each sign about the eclipse season coming up, specifically the lunar eclipse in Libra on March 25th. Eclipses and the windows of time between them are fascinating two-week portals of change. Something new, something leaves, usually. This first eclipse on March 25th in our own personal lives may show us the areas where we are too accommodating to other people’s impositions and demands, where we struggle to fight for ourselves and embrace conflict when necessary… and I honestly believe that this is going to open up a portal of breakups with new relationships forming on the heels of this Venus-Mars conjunction that recently took place and this eclipse season happening in signs ruled by Venus and Mars.
In the world, I feel that this full moon lunar eclipse in Libra unfortunately says to hell with diplomacy. It’s undeniable to me that this eclipse season including the new moon solar eclipse in Aries on April 8th (that we’re seeing some very weird, fear-porn notices around here in the states) does not have peace, justice or fairness in mind. We may observe relationships on the world stage between leaders, countries and groups of people (especially in the energy of Pluto in Aquarius) change pretty drastically. Allegiances may form that are quite shocking.
And in our own personal lives this is about digging deeper into our own individual universe, our body, what we ourselves are creating in spite of the tomfuckery.
Monday we start the week off with a few quite positive aspects ~ sextiles are easy, beneficial aspects that help us ultimately but usually in order to key into these aspects we have to consciously choose to make use of the good energy, whereas a trine takes nothing from us to imbibe in its goodness.
Mercury in Pisces is making a sextile to Jupiter in Taurus on Monday. Mercury is in its weakest position “technically” in Pisces because it can sometimes indicate fog of confusion, illusion and deception when Mercury loves to understand things in a clear way and have all of the information. We don’t right now in some ways and Jupiter helps us to keep the faith in this sextile and it helps us to laugh and see absurdity and humor in situations that are quite unknown and tentative.
Mars in Aquarius is also making a sextile to the North Node in Aries today which is showing us what we need to do next. Mars is about action and it may be the least expected thing as Aquarius can be quite… unusual that we are prompted to do that opens up a new pocket of potential.
The moon moves into Capricorn as well on Monday (today, as I’m writing this) so we have this orientation towards our material existence and connecting with what we need to do in a very practical way in the next two and a half days.
Wednesday, the moon is moving into Aquarius… whew. Honestly, some of my most favorite people in the whole entire world have the moon in Aquarius and usually I really love how it feels when the moon moves into Aquarius. I feel instantly a bit lighter and able to see from a birds eye view perspective… it’s easier for me to detach. However…
This is a dark moon in Aquarius connected to Pluto. The dark, balsamic phase of the moon is the moon traversing the sign just before experiencing renewal through the new moon ~ the new seed has dropped and the new cycle has been born. In my own life, I have always experienced the most profound breakthroughs after a window or season of heartbreak, grief or loss. In this case, the shadow traits of Aquarius are really coming out in the lead-up to this new moon in Pisces on Sunday.
This can indicate feelings of either extreme “connectedness” in a way that isn’t genuine or feelings of disconnection, feeling different from everyone else, isolating and hiding. This highlights the trend of human connection in our lives and the strange subconscious fears that can spring up in close proximity to others, wires getting crossed or irrational fears that manifest themselves in strange ways. Once the moon moves into Pisces on Friday, the dark moon energy will change.
Also on Wednesday, Mars in Aquarius sextiles Chiron in Aries. The North Node Chiron conjunction that occurred last month is still within a degree of one another bringing up that sense of discomfort, unknown, perhaps getting our ego bruised… and Mars in Aquarius this week functions as somewhat of a life line in this weird energy, showing us in a lot of ways what to do and where to go.
Friday, the moon will move into Pisces, remaining in its dark moon phase until the new moon Sunday. This weekend it might be easy to get a bit lost or to drift passively off-path, especially with the Mercury-Neptune conjunction in Pisces. As much as perhaps we want things to make sense and become clear ~ that time is coming with an onslaught of planets in Aries in the latter part of this month, starting this week with Mercury leading the charge into the sign of Aries where another retrograde station will take place. The clarity is coming but this Mercury-Neptune conjunction makes us vulnerable in my opinion to falling under spells or into mental attitudes that really aren’t good for us even though they seem like they are.
On the other hand, this can be very creative, spiritual and profound and it will influence each person based on their own individual chart and current energetic orientation. Some of our most spiritual moments occur when things aren’t clear and we really embrace a little thing called… faith. Faith that things will eventually be made very clear, which in my opinion is a progression in March.
Saturday, Mercury spearheads the charge into the sign of Aries and I feel like this will be noticeable. Suddenly our filters leave the building and we are raw and expressive with our overt truth or we can have very instinctual realizations. I hope that people really use this transit ~ with Mercury in Aries from Saturday, March 9th all the way until May 15th. Mercury will station retrograde on April 1st until April 25th in Aries which in my opinion is all about materialization and things becoming very clear as this Mercury will travel over the North Node-Chiron conjunction multiple times and stations direct practically on top of this conjunction that is in the process of separating that taught us a very valuable lesson in February and this retrograde station indicates us still continuing to integrate that.
Mars in Aquarius, the ruler of Aries and the dispositor of this Mercury transit is making a square aspect to Uranus in Taurus so in a sense we begin this Mercury in Aries transit with quite a shock. This may come in the form of news we are receiving, something that happens quickly like lightning in our inner and outer world… especially if you have planets in your chart from 13-25* of the fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius). Saturday is definitely an interesting day, especially in the weird, obscured light of the dark moon in Pisces, which brings a lot more understanding, compassion, spiritual gnosis than we are able to arrive at on Saturday.
Simultaneously, the Sun in Pisces is making a sextile to Uranus in Taurus which is a lovely illumination of a new perspective that can apply to our spiritual and practical life.
On Sunday, Mercury in Aries really gets going with its strange journey sextiling Pluto in Aquarius, continuing with this theme of transformational realizations. In the dim, still energy of the new moon in Pisces, this is the beginning of us “getting clear” (scientology referenec maybe? lol) with ourselves and with others. We’ve been dwelling in some very deep Pisces waters, slowing way down, experiencing the Sun-Saturn-Mercury conjunction which brought with it a thick heaviness to the atmosphere that has already begun to dissipate. This Sunday marks a turning point.
The new moon in Pisces is our time to really dream a new dream, to write a new story. This is the precursor new moon prior to the new moon solar eclipse in Aries which in spite of connecting with Chiron and having seemingly disastrous implications in some respects is materialization and continuation of some of the seeds we sow in our dreams and internal world.
This new moon is in a wide conjunction with Neptune, a sextile with Uranus and definitely feels like a baptism to me where we can really purify and cleanse prior to things moving even quicker and with more clarity than they are moving currently in our lives.
Below I am writing about the New Moon in Pisces for every zodiac sign :) Enjoy your week
